Mindful Self-Reflection for Well-Being
In This meeting we will begin to read 'HEART ESSENCE
OF PROFOUND MEANING' a 12 century Tibetan
text and begin to look at methods and interpretations
of realising some of the goals of Buddhadharma.
We will discuss the purpose and arising of negative
emotions and what options are there for handling them.
We will finish the Culavedalla Sutta as well.
We will go deeper into what makes us what and who
we are as well as explore what identity is and how
to understand it better and become more familiar with it.
We will also ask some key questions about ideas we
often take for granted.
